Description

General description

D-(+)Glucose is a simple carbohydrate caloric agent, which can be industrially obtained from starch. It can be used as an alternative source of carbon particularly in super intensive shrimp cultures. D-(+)glucose can be readily metabolized and it also increases the blood glucose concentrations and provides calories.
