Description

General description

Incorporates a phase consisting of a 2,3-di-O-propionyl-6-t-butyl silyl derivative of γ-cyclodextrin. The CHIRALDEX G-DP phase was designed to enhance selectivity for both aliphatic and aromatic amines, in additional to aliphatic and some aromatic esters. This phase is especially useful for polar racemates, as it exhibits high efficiency and resolution at low retention times. G-DP demonstrates better hydrolytic and thermal stability than the CHIRALDEX G-TA.
