General description

TSKgel® G1000Hxl columns are packed with rigid, porous, polymer beads. TSKgel G1000Hxl columns are applied to the non-aqueous size-exclusion separation of small molecules and oligomers less than 1,000 Da. As the number of solvents that can be exchanged directly with the shipping solvent (THF) is limited, use TSKgel HHR-type columns when a broader range of solvents is needed. The packing material in PN 816133 has been specially treated to remove sub-micron particles to aid in light scattering measurements.


THF can be replaced with benzene, chloroform, toluene, xylene, dichloromethane, dichloroethane
