The Yu MPAA Ligand Library

The MPAA Ligand Library is a set of amino acid derivatives used as ligands in myriad C-H Activation methodologies discovered in the Yu Lab. This ligand set has provided access toward new transformations in the arylation, alkylation, olefination and halogenation of both C(sp2)-H and C(sp3)-H bonds. Aldrich Chemistry provides the amino acid derivatives comprised within this library for the optimization of Palladium-catalyzed C-H Activation approaches.
