BIS-TRIS丙烷是一种具有特别宽泛缓冲范围的两性离子缓冲液,因其两个pKa值非常接近,适用范围约在pH 6至9.5之间。BIS-TRIS丙烷,相比于Tris缓冲液,已被用于增强限制性酶的稳定性和活性。1.
