Meet  Kevin Guttenplan, Stanford University

Our 2017 Neuroscience Discovery Grant Winner!

Kevin’s current study focuses on how and why neurons die in disease. Specifically he’s hoping to better understand how astrocytes, the most numerous glial cells in the brain, may actively kill neurons as a part of the brain’s inflammatory response.

Join us in Congratulating Kevin and our four finalists at Neuroscience 2017 and our Satellite Event!
