Conditions

sample preparation 12.1 g of milik powder dissolved in 100 mL hot water. Spike100 ppb of BPA to the solution, Add 0.1% of HCl and 10% acetonitrile. Add Internal standard BPF 60 ppb. Centrifuged and filter the sample with Mellix simplecity filiter.
