 Superior quality of rabbit monoclonal antibodies

Our first group of ZooMAb® antibodies are rabbit-derived, which can produce a large variety of desirable antibodies against “difficult” immunogens in mice, including small molecules (compounds of <600 kDa), peptides, and antibodies specific for post-translational modification sites (PTM). By recognizing a higher diversity of epitopes per antigen at the picomolar level with high specificity, rabbit antibodies tend to provide excellent results in both standard assays and staining applications.

Maximum stability and convenience

Every ZooMAb® antibody is provided as a lyophilized product, individually packaged to provide long-term stability, faster shipping, and minimize non-value-added costs that typically incur through cold chain handling of liquids, including the thermal insulated packaging used in transportation. Therefore, every ZooMAb™ antibody is exceptionally stable to allow for ambient shipping and storage if needed.


Every ZooMAb® antibody is provided free of biocides like sodium azide or preservatives of animal origin, such as bovine serum albumin (BSA), and finished in a simple phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with trehalose. With ZooMAb® antibodies, complications arising from potentially hazardous materials or local safety restrictions are minimized and allow its use in both in vivo and in vitro applications.


Every ZooMAb® antibody is produced without the harm or sacrifice of animals. The proprietary recombinant expression system eliminates the need for arduous cell fusion and hybridoma construction, while providing greater specificity, affinity and reproducibility than monoclonal counterparts.

Every ZooMAb® antibody is pre-aliquoted at 25 µL lyophilized equivalents to maximize product shelf life. Hence, you only purchase what you need and resuspend what you will use for your research.

 Consistency for each application

ZooMAb® antibodies are recombinantly produced, purified and pre-aliquoted for you. Every antibody is tested in our own laboratory to work in at least 3 applications and ensured to perform the way you would expect it to in western blotting, immunofluorescence, and other common applications.

Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded (FFPE) human prostate (A and B) tissue sections were prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER). Immunostaining was performed using a 1:100 dilution of Cat. No. ZRB001906, Anti-ATRX, clone 2A12, ZooMAb® Rabbit Monoclonal. Reactivity was detected using a Goat Anti-Rabbit and DAB. Nuclear staining was observed in glandular cells of human prostate tissue sections.
