Lentiviral Libraries and Pools for CRISPR Activation and Inhibition

Sigma-Aldrich® CRISPRi and CRISPRa with dCas9 KRAB and dCas9 VP64

Figure 1: CRISPRi and CRISPRa utilize catalytically inactive dCas9 to recruit the transcriptional repressor KRAB domain or the transcriptional activators HSF1, p65 and MS2 to silence and overexpress target gene expression respectively.
