MISSION® siRNA Transfection Reagent is for the transfection of eukaryotic cells with small RNA (custom siRNA, predesigned siRNA, esiRNA, miRNA Mimics, and miRNA Inhibitors) to achieve transient knockdown of gene expression.

Validation Data

Our RNA transfection reagent leads to significant gene silencing and reduced cytotoxicity (Figures 1, 2, and 3).

 Percent inhibition of four adherent cell lines measured 48 hours post-transfection with 1 nM siRNA against GADPH.
