NanoFabTx Formulation Kits

NanoFabTx nanoformulation reagent and device kits facilitate early-stage drug nanoformulation synthesis, screening, and optimization, with optimized protocols and a curated selection of polymer or lipid-based materials for drug encapsulation. NanoFabTx enables you to encapsulate a wide variety of therapeutic drug molecules in order to extend, sustain, or control drug release without the need for lengthy trial-and-error optimization. NanoFabTx kits provide an easy-to-use toolkit for encapsulating hydrophobic small molecule and hydrophilic drug molecules as nanoparticles, microparticles, or liposomes. The result is biocompatible and biodegradable particles that can be further modified to target specific tissues. Polymeric or liposomal encapsulated drug particles synthesized with NanoFabTx kits are suitable for biomedical research applications such as oncology, immuno-oncology, gene delivery, and vaccine delivery.

Our optimized protocols minimize laboratory setup and provide step-by-step instructions for synthesizing formulations. NanoFabTx reagent kits include protocols for both nanoprecipitation and microfluidics-based particle synthesis methods. The nanoprecipitation protocol uses standard laboratory glassware while the microfluidics-based protocol uses NanoFabTx microfluidic device kits combined with commercial microfluidics-based platforms or widely available syringe pumps. NanoFabTx microfluidic device kits provide all the microfluidics chips, fittings and tubing required to get started with microfluidics-based synthesis (compatible microfluidics system or syringe pump required). Together, these kits enable simplified and rapid synthesis of highly monodispersed particles with minimal batch-to-batch variability.
