Biochem/physiol Actions
FLJ14768 or Flt3-interacting zinc-finger protein Fiz1 interacts with Flt3 receptor tyrosine kinases to regulate hematopoietic and lymphoid cells.PMID 10409713 It acts as a repressor of NRL (neural retina leucine zipper) transcription factor that regulates several rod-specific genes including rhodopsin.PMID 12566383
