Hi, 1 unit GLP-1 EIA Kit can be used for how many sample of blood?
1 answer-
The GLP-1 EIA Kit includes a 96-well strip plate. The assay requires the addition of a blank, six standard curve points and a positive control. It is recommend to run all standards, controls and samples in duplicate. After the addition of the blank, standards and controls, each assay can run 44 samples in duplicate.
It is recommended to perform a 2-fold sample dilution for serum/plasma samples. The sample volume required per well is 100 ul of 1:2 diluted samples. Therefore 62.5 ul of starting sample volume is sufficient to run each sample in duplicate.
