mobile phase [A] 4.6 gammonium dihydrogen phosphate in 1L MilliQ water. Adjust pH to 6.0 with triethyl amine. Add 500 mg of 1-octane sulfonate. Filter through 0.2 μM filter paper Mix Buffer & Tetrahydrofuran 90:10 (v/v); [B] Mix methano & iso-propanol 75:25 (v/v); Mix mobile phase A & B 60:40 (v/v)

sample Weigh 25 mg substance in 50 ml volumetric flask. Dissove in diluent & make up the volume with diluent. (Diluent:Mix buffer & acetonitrile 75:25 (v/v))
