Description

Analysis Note The injected sample is a 25 μg melamine spiked to 10 mL milk ans diluted with 1 mL acetic acid 3% v/v and stored at 5 °C for 30 min. After 15 min of centrifugation (10,000 rpm) supernatants were filtered through a 0.45 μm Millex PVDF filter and injected.
