Enhanced retention for less hydrophobic compounds or faster separation if retention on C18 is too long

When a C18 doesn′t give the desired separation, or your sample contains compounds that are known to be difficult to retain or resolve on a C18, consider changing to an Ascentis® Express C8 column. The Ascentis® Express C8 can be the ideal phase for non-polar compounds that are retained too strongly by a traditional C18 column.

The Fused-Core® particle technology of the Ascentis® Express C8 column enables high speed and high resolution separations on HPLC and UHPLC instruments. The column efficiency performs typically 40% higher in comparison to fully porous particulate columns with same particle size.
