BORON CARBIDE

This method uses x-ray powder diffraction for determining respirable boron carbide among other mine dusts. This revises P&CAM 324.Boron carbide is a material used in tank armor, bulletproof vests, and engine sabotage powders. It is one of the hardest known materials.
