FLUORIDE (F- & HF) IN WORKPLACE ATMOSPHERES

This method describes the collection and analysis of airborne hydrogen fluoride or particulate fluoride-containing compounds in the workplace. It is applicable for both Short-Term (STEL) and Time Weighted Average (TWA) exposure evaluations. The analysis is performed by using an ion specific electrode and the method of standard additions. All samples are then analyzed for total fluoride content.
