Overcome PCR Troublemakers

Many sample types are rich in PCR inhibitors (Table 1). These inhibitors operate by shutting down PCR amplification at threshold concentrations, or by quenching fluorescent signal. Inhibitor Resistant Genotyping PCR ReadyMixes neutralize problems caused by inhibitors in crude lysates and other difficult samples, eliminating the need for expensive or time-consuming purification steps.

Inhibitor Resistant Genotyping PCR ReadyMixes can be used in the presence of common PCR inhibitors. The competitor’s system is completely shut down while Inhibitor Resistant Genotyping PCR ReadyMixes delivers accurate results (Figure 1).
