6,13-Bis[tri(isopropyl)silylethynyl]pentacene is a prototypical molecule for organic semiconductor and photovoltaic materials, which makes its electrochemical (redox) properties highly interesting. However, previous cyclic voltammetric studies have provided only limited information.
