General description
DNA mit hohem Molekulargewicht und hoher Reinheit für jede Anwendung
Genomische DNAs sind hochgradig aufgereinigte Präparate genomischer DNA mit hohem Molekulargewicht aus einer Vielzahl von Organismen. Das Isolationsprotokoll minimiert die Scherung und entfernt Verunreinigungen, die enzymatische Verfahren hemmen. Die genomische DNA von Novagen ist für die genomische Analyse (einschließlich PCR) und den Aufbau von Genbibliotheken geeignet. Mindestens 90 % der DNA haben eine Größe von mehr als 100 kbp, wie durch CHEF-Gelelektrophorese analysiert wurde (>50 kbp für S. cerevisiae). Es wird keine Hemmung der Restriktionsenzymaktivität beobachtet und die DNA ist frei von kontaminierender RNA und Protein.
Die DNA wird in 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8,0, 1 mM EDTA (TE) geliefert. Pipettieren Sie mit einer breiteren Pipettenspitze, um die Scherung zu minimieren.
