Ruby Stain offers good sensitivity and minimal interference with MALDI-TOF analyis. It has been demonstrated as an effective fluorescent stain for the analysis of 2D-gel separated proteins .

Packaging

Eine Packung enthält 50 μl Konzentrat. In 1 l Wasser aufgenommen ergibt sich eine 1 mikromolare Lösung.

Analysis Note

Der Farbstoff kann mit Standard-Lichtquellen angeregt werden. Anregung bei 300 nm (UV-Lampe) oder 473 nm (blauer Laser) ist sehr gut möglich.
