Application
Polyuridylsäure (Poly(U)), ein Homopolymer von Uridin, wird als einzelsträngige RNA-Modellverbindung eingesetzt, oft im Vergleich mit anderen ssRNA-Modelloligonucleotiden, wie Poly(I) and Poly(C), um von der ssRNA-Regulation abhängige Prozesse zu untersuchen, beispielsweise die Regulation von Toll-like-Rezeptoren.
