Application

Ammonium acetate has been used:
  • in phenol extraction method to precipitate and extract proteins from different Cajanus cajan tissues
  • in ethanol precipitation for the high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HPLC ESI-TOF) quantification of the oligonucleotides
  • to prepare acetonitrile and acetate buffer to perform chromatographic analyses of volatile compounds
