Description
Analysis Note
This application demonstrates the separation of 13 pain managment opiates on the Ascentis Express Biphenyl using an LC-TOF mass spectrometer. This application demonstrates the scalability of this method to 50 x 2.1 mm column geometry using the 2.7 um biphenyl phase. The method provides baseline resolution of all isobaric sets of interest.
