Description

General description

The NovaSeptum^® Cell Culture Sampling TC Holder is a stainless steel sampling holder designed to connect NovaSeptum^® sterile sampling units to process vessels and piping through a standard Tri-Clamp (TC) connection. For an optimized aseptic setup, use the holder together with a NovAseptic^® connector.


Designed for use with the NovaSeptum^® sterile, closed sampling system, the holder enables aseptic fluid sampling from bioreactors, tanks, and process lines while helping maintain process sterility and sample integrity.


Configured for Cell Culture Sampling (CCS) with a 2.0 mm needle, the holder features seven sampling ports, allowing sequential sample collection from the same process connection point. The larger needle diameter supports higher flow rates while helping reduce shear stress, making the holder particularly suitable for sampling high-viscosity cell culture fluids. The holder is compatible with the full range of NovaSeptum^® Cell Culture Sampling units, including High-Purity bags, Accurate Volume syringes, bottles, and transfer units.
