Source: E. coli Purification: Purified from E. coli culture by multi-step chromatography.

Formulation: 0.2M Arginine, 1X PBS, pH 7.4. Filtered through 0.22µm filter.

Notes: (1) rPru du 3 has an N-terminal 8xHis-tag.
(2) N-glycosylation motif at position 33 was mutated (N33Q).
