I'd like to test ecosurf sa-9 as an alternative to Triton X-100 for the lysis of virus or animal cell (RBC). Currently, we utilize the aqueous 1% Triton X-100 solution. Can you recommend the concentration range of ecosurf sa-9 for such prupose ?
