General description

This refill pack contains all the reagents for the MQuant® test kits 1.18388 and 1.14449 for the colorimetric evaluation of phosphate. When the reagents of the MQuant® test are used up, the kit can be replenished by ordering the appropriate refill pack. Refill packs are available for a range of MQuant® test kits, making it a particularly economical and ecological system.

Method
In sulfuric solution orthophosphate ions react with ammonium vanadate and ammonium heptamolybdate to form orange-yellow molybdovanadophosphoric acid. The phosphate concentration is measured semiquantitatively by visual colorimetric evaluation.
