Immunogen

Synthetic oxytocin (Sigma) conjugated to thyroglobulin.

Application

Anti-Oxytocin Antibody is an antibody against Oxytocin for use in DB, IC, IH(P), RIA.

Immunohistochemistry: 1:5,000-1:10,000 (18-24 hour incubation) on formalin, Bouin′s or Zamboni′s fixed tissue. Will react on paraffin embedded tissue.

Immunocytochemistry: 1:10,000 on fetal rat neurons.

Dot Blot: 1:1000

RIA

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
