MISSION^® LentiPlex^® Pooled shRNA Human Library

The MISSION LentiPlex Human Pooled shRNA Library, Catalog Numbers SHPH01, SHPH15, SHPH2, SHPHLIBR are genome-wide lentiviral pools, powered by the RNAi Consortium (TRC). Each version of TRC (1.0, 1.5, and 2.0) corresponds to the LentiPlex Product Name and Number. The addition of LentiPlex 1.5 and 2.0 offer expanded gene and clone coverage from the original TRC1 library. The LentiPlex Complete consists of the full shRNA library of over 125,000 clones and targeting over 20,000 human genes.
