Application
Features and Benefits
- Système conçu spécifiquement pour suivre les essais GDS MPX pour STEC principaux.
- Identifie le ou les sérogroupes O spécifiques responsables du résultat positif aux STEC et vérifie la présence, au sein d′un même organisme, de toutes les cibles pertinentes pour la définition d′un STEC du Top 6 (groupes eae, stx et O).
- Confirme les colonies isolées à partir d′échantillons présumés positifs au Top 6 des STEC.
- Utilise les mêmes milieux d′enrichissement mEHEC® en une étape communs à toutes les méthodes BioControl pour Salmonella, E. coli O157:H7, les gènes codant pour la Shiga-toxine et les principaux STEC.
- Seulement 14 heures du début à la fin.
