General description
血液や骨髄の塗抹標本における好中性顆粒の組織化学的確認にご使用下さい。
Biochem/physiol Actions
血液や骨髄の薄膜標本を固定し、ズダンブラックB緩衝溶液に浸漬します。リンスの後、スライドをギル・ヘマトキシリン液で対比染色し、細胞を鏡検して青黒色の分離した顆粒形成を確認します。顆粒球の前駆細胞は青黒色の粗い沈着物の集合を呈します。その他の造血細胞は通常陰性です。
