General description

Application
浸泡油用于高分辨率（1000倍）光学显微镜工作，与油浸泡物镜结合使用，以在固定、嵌入、染色或反染色和安装后优化组织学、细胞学、血液学和细菌标本材料的显微检查。
Biochem/physiol Actions
将浸镜油滴加到染色的已安装或未安装的试样材料上，在试样与显微镜透镜之间形成一层透明膜，以消除入射光的偏转，从而大大提高透镜的光学效率。
