Application
- Bis(cyclohexanone)oxaldihydrazone (Cuprizone) has been used in mice to study the effect of NG2 (neural/glial antigen 2) proteoglycan on toxic-induced demyelination.[1]
- It has been used to induce demyelination in mice.[2]
- It has been used to study cuprizone-induced demyelination and remyelination in the corpus callosum of mice.[3]
