Le sel de sodium de l'adénosine 5′-diphosphate a été utilisé :
- comme témoin positif de l'agrégation plaquettaire pour analyser l'activité anti-plaquettes de la désintégrine par agrégométrie.
- dans la préparation d'une solution-mère pour un test de stress mitochondrial.
- comme témoin positif dans une analyse de cytométrie en flux pour étudier l'effet de la protéine C réactive pentamère (pCRP) et de la CRP monomère (mCRP) sur l'expression de CD62p (sélectine P) par les plaquettes.
- comme agoniste des plaquettes pour stimuler l'agrégation plaquettaire.[1]
General description
L'adénosine 5′-diphosphate (ADP) est un nucléotide de l'adénosine impliqué dans le stockage de l'énergie et le métabolisme des acides nucléiques via sa conversion en ATP par les FOF1-ATP synthases. L'ADP peut aussi être obtenu par une réaction avec l'adénylate monophosphate (AMP) catalysée par l'adénylate kinase. L'ADP est un agoniste des plaquettes sécrété par les granules denses plaquettaires. Il promeut l'activation plaquettaire en interagissant avec les récepteurs de l'ADP P2Y1 et P2Y12. Lors de la conversion de l'ADP en adénosine par les ecto-ADPases, l'activation plaquettaire est inhibée via les récepteurs de l'adénosine.
