  • The Effect P Additive on the CeZrAl Support Properties and the Activity of the Pd Catalysts in Propane Oxidation.: This study explores the role of phosphorus additives on the properties of CeZrAl supports and their impact on palladium catalyst activity in propane oxidation. Findings suggest that phosphorus improves the structural stability and enhances the oxidation activity of the palladium catalysts, making it a significant factor in energy storage solutions and industrial applications (Feng et al., 2024).
  • A Multifunctional Co-Based Metal-Organic Framework as a Platform for Proton Conduction and Nitrophenols Reduction.: While primarily focusing on cobalt-based frameworks, this paper discusses palladium′s role as a comparative catalyst. It highlights palladium′s efficiency in proton conduction and nitrophenol reduction, indicating its potential for energy-efficient industrial processes and renewable energy applications (Ma et al., 2023).
  • Two-Dimensional Lanthanide Metal-Organic Frameworks as a Platform for Sensing Pollutant and Nitrophenols Reduction.: Investigates the application of palladium within two-dimensional lanthanide metal-organic frameworks for pollutant sensing and nitrophenol reduction, highlighting its utility in environmental monitoring and energy conversion systems (Wang et al., 2023).
  • Core-Shell, Critical-Temperature-Suppressed V Alloy-Pd Alloy Hydrides for Hydrogen Storage-A Technical Evaluation.: Evaluates the use of vanadium alloy-palladium alloy hydrides in hydrogen storage, focusing on their technical properties and potential for enhancing energy storage efficiency. This study provides insights into developing high-purity palladium-based materials for energy conversion and storage (Lamb et al., 2023).

General description

Palladium(Pd) is a silver-white noble transition metal in the platinum group of metals.Relative to the platinum group metals, Pd has the lowest density, 12 g/cm3, andlowest melting point, 1555 °C. Pd is known for its strong catalytic activityand is used in various applications such as electrical equipment, dentalmaterials, implanted medical devices, and automobile catalysts. Additionally,it is also extensively employed in the preparation of diverse heterogeneouspalladium catalysts for various organic transformations. Our high-purity Pdpowder is differentiated by its high trace metals purity, which makes itparticularly useful in sensitive research projects in electronics, catalysis, and synthesis.
