General description

Solid phase microextraction (SPME) technique can be used for GC/MS analysis. It helps in simplifying and speeds up the sample preparation. It also reduces solvent requirement for the extraction.[1] Polyacrylate is used as stationary phase in extraction of insecticides.[2]
