The Product Description is: GST fusion-protein, corresponding to the human Ras Binding Domain (RBD, residues 1-149) of Raf-1, expressed in E. coli provided bound to glutathione agarose. Purity >80%.
Formulation: 600µg of Raf-1 RBD agarose in 420µl of glutathione agarose beads, provided as a 50% agarose gel slurry in PBS containing 50% glycerol for a final volume of 840µl. Liquid suspension.
