Introduction
Manual data entry into titration software is slow, tedious, and prone to typing errors. The ChemiSphere® App solves this by enabling fast, secure, and seamless digital transfer of reagent data directly from the reagent bottle to your Metrohm titrator software. This eliminates the need for manual input, reduces the risk of errors, and improves the efficiency of your titration workflow. Additionally, with the App, you can also download the CoA (Certificate of Analysis) and the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) of the reagent

Seamless Integration with Metrohm OMNIS Titrators
The ChemiSphere® App allows for effortless and rapid transfer of data from Supelco® reagents to Metrohm OMNIS Titrators. This innovative application streamlines reagent data management. In collaboration with Metrohm, data transfer to the titrator software was enabled, allowing relevant information to be seamlessly transmitted to the Metrohm OMNIS software platform via the integrated RFID tag in the multi-use bottle cap, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. No additional hardware modifications are necessary, provided that the OMNIS system supports RFID-based communication.

How It Works
Using the ChemiSphere® App on an NFC-enabled Android device, the process is simple:
- Download the ChemiSphere® App from the Google Play Store
- Scan the 2D matrix code on the Supelco® reagent bottle with your mobile device to transfer the data to the RFID chip on the Metrohm multi-use bottle cap
- Connect the reagent bottle to the OMNIS titrator, and the data is automatically transferred to the OMNIS software platform
The data transferred includes key reagent parameters such as product name, batch number, concentration, expiry date, and titer value. The app also provides access to Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring documentation compliance and transparency.
Supported Reagents
The ChemiSphere® App currently supports:
- Aquastar® Karl Fischer Titrants
- Titripur® Volumetric Solutions
These reagents have 2D matrix codes on the product label and are fully compatible with Metrohm’s RFID-enabled multi-use bottle caps for direct digital data integration.
Download & Use
The ChemiSphere® App is available on the Google Play Store for Android devices with NFC, part of the M-Trust™ platform. It helps you modernize your lab by making data transfer faster, more efficient, and error-free.
