ExtrAvidin®はSigmaのみが販売している独自のアビジン製品です。このアビジン分子は、生理的pHにおいてビオチンに対する高い特異性と親和性を兼ね備えており、非特異的結合を低く抑えることができます。ExtrAvidin®ペルオキシダーゼは、高感度かつ低バックグラウンドです。
