Dynamin Inhibitor I, Dynasore, The Dynamin Inhibitor I, Dynasore, also referenced under CAS 304448-55-3, controls the biological activity of Dynamin. This small molecule/inhibitor is primarily used for Membrane applications.
A cell-permeable semicarbazone compound that inhibits the GTPase activity of dynamin1/2 (IC50 ~15 µM) and Drp1, while exhibiting no significant effect against two other small GTPases, MxA and Cdc42. Dynasore has been used to elucidate the roles of dynamin in endocytosis mediated by both clathrin-coated and synaptic vesicles. The inhibitition is noncompetitive with respect to GTP and the inhibitor target site presumably resides in the GTPase domain. Shown to inhibit removal of both wt and ΔF508-CFTR from the plasma membrane.

It has become increasingly apparent that G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) localization is a master regulator of cell signaling. However, the molecular mechanisms involved in this process are not well understood. To date, observations of intracellular GPCR activation can be organized
Helicobacter pylori infection constitutes one of the major risk factors for the development of gastric diseases including gastric cancer. The activation of nuclear factor-kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB) via classical and alternative pathways is a hallmark of H. pylori infection
In this article, we report one of the few examples of nanoparticles capable of simultaneously delivering CRISPR-Cas9 gene-editing machinery and releasing drugs for one-shot treatments. Considering the complexity of inflammation in diseases, the synergistic effect of nanoparticles for gene-editing/drug therapy
