Description

General description

N,N-Dimethyldodecylamine N-oxide is a non-denaturing zwitterionic surfactant with a critical micelle concentration (CMC) of approximately 1 mM. It is used to solubilize proteins and to study the conformation and molecular interactions of macromolecules.
