Opis

General description

Milliflex Oasis^® system offers an exhaustive solution to simplify and secure microbial QC testing with premium levels of productivity, result reliability and regulatory compliance. The Milliflex Oasis^® pump is a new generation vacuum pump for water and bioburden analysis in pharmaceutical environments.
Milliflex Oasis^® Vacuum Pump is an all-in-one filtration equipment which supports microbial filtration. Milliflex Oasis^® Vacuum Pump consists of a controlled vacuum source and filtration support.

The system is perfectly designed for biosafety cabinets or laminar flow hoods as it has:

• A small footprint
• A low weight and
• And easy-to-decontaminate surfaces.

The unique design reduces risk of cross-contamination between samples and reduces false positive results. The Milliflex Oasis^® sanitization kit makes the decontamination of the pump easy and automated, thereby reducing laboratory workload.

Pump housing: Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate and polycarbonate (compatible with standard UV sterilization)

Using ergonomic principles, the Milliflex Microlite^™ feature makes the hardware intuitive to use and maintain

• High throughput: scalable, up to 3 pumps in daisy chain to enable 6 simultaneous filtrations at one go.
• Easy setup: Plugging in the quick connections (power and drain tubing) with no calibration need, the device is ready to go.
• Results reliability: A check valve present in the removeable filtration head prevents potential backflow from the fluid path keeping control of contamination risk. Filtration heads are autoclavable and key parts easily removable for efficient cleaning.
