[Study on chemical constituents of the bulbs of Lycoris longituba].

To study the chemical constituents of the Bulbs of Lycoris longituba. The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by means of chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Six compounds were isolated and identified as Crinine (1), Narciclasine (2), Squamigine (3), 11-Hydroxyvittatine (4), Pancracine (5), Lycorine (6). Compounds 1 - 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
