As provided, this antibody does not have a fluorescent molecule conjugated to it and would need a secondary antibody labeled with a fluorophore for visualization by fluorescent signal.

Application
Anti-DNA Antibody, clone AC-30-10 is a Mouse Monoclonal Antibody for the detection of DNA & has been validated in IF, IHC(P).
Research (cell biology, molecular biology, microbiology) since it reacts with any form of native and denatured DNA. Reliable positive control in immunofluoresence assays for detecting DNA antibodies on tissues of cultured cells, notably in the diagnosis of autoantibodies and autoimmune diseases.
Sensitive detection of mycoplasma contamination in cell cultures.
For frozen and paraffin tissue sections.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Biochem/physiol Actions
This antibody reacts with native denatured DNA extracted from various organisms: mouse DNA, calf thymus DNA, M13 DNA, SV-40 DNA and several plasmids. It also reacts with synthetic DNA of different base compositions: poly dAT-poly dAT, poly dAT. DNA-containing structures such as chromatin in diverse tissues from several species as well as in diverse cell lines such as XLKE-A6 (Xenopus), RVF-SMC (rat kangaroo) and HeLa (human) are also recognized.
Physical form
Format: Purified
The immunoglobulin was purified by gel filtration and presented in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.5% BSA.
Preparation Note
Maintain at 2-8°C for up to 12 months from date of receipt.

Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) instability activates cGAS-dependent innate immune signaling by unknown mechanisms. Here, we find that Fanconi anemia suppressor genes are acting in the mitochondria to protect mtDNA replication forks from instability. Specifically, Fanconi anemia patient cells show a loss

Hi, I am wondering if this Antibody has the fluorophore itself already or a secondary conjugated antibody is needed for fluorescence? Thank you, Liye
