Atto 647 NHS 酯是一种使用 Atto 647 荧光染料对分子进行共价标记的试剂。Atto 647 属于红色光谱区域的新一代荧光标记物。该染料专用于生命科学领域，如标记 DNA、RNA 或蛋白质。该标记物的特征是吸附力强、荧光量子产率高、光稳定性高、水溶性好以及三重态形成非常少。Atto 647 是一种两性离子染料，其净电荷为零。Atto 647 具有 pH 敏感性。尽管在 pH 值高达 8.5 时几乎能够保持稳定，但在更高 pH环 境下会慢慢降解。
Atto 荧光标记专为高灵敏度应用设计，包括单分子检测。Atto 标记物具有刚性结构，不显示任何 顺式-反式异构化。因此，这些标记物表现出超常的强度，并且在共轭时具有极小的光谱移位。
