General description

Iscove′s Modified Dulbecco′s Medium (IMDM) is a modification of the Dulbecco′s modified Eagle′s medium (DME) and contains additional amino acids, vitamins, selenium, sodium pyruvate, HEPES buffer, and potassium nitrate. This medium supports the growth of murine B lymphocytes, T lymphocytes, hemopoietic tissue from bone marrow, B cells stimulated with lipopolysaccharide, and other hybrid cells.

Application

Iscove′s Modified Dulbecco′s Medium has been used for the differentiation of pluripotent stem cells (PSCs).[1]
