Application
ダルベッコ改変イーグル培地(DMEM)は、イーグル基礎培地(BME)を改変したもので、4倍濃度のアミノ酸とビタミンが含まれています。オリジナルの処方には、グルコース1000 mg/Lが含まれ、胚性マウス細胞の培養に使用されていました。それ以降、マウス、ニワトリの細胞のほか、様々な正常細胞やトランスフォーム細胞の初代培養をサポートするために幾通りかの方法で改変が行われてきました。これらの培地は、L-グルタミンとピルビン酸ナトリウムの組み合わせがそれぞれに異なります。また、グルコース濃度が4500 mg/Lまで引き上げられたことから、「DMEM/High」と命名されました。

13.5 gの粉末で1 Lの培地ができる配合です。
3.7 g/Lの炭酸水素ナトリウムを添加してください。
