Application
- Als Dotierstoff bei der Qualitätskontrolle von mit Apfelsaft kontaminiertem Traubensaft mittels Elektrosprayionisation-Fourier-Transform-Ionen-Zyklotron-Resonanz-Massenspektrometrie [ESI (-) FT-ICR-MS].
- Zum Quantifizieren der physischen und chemischen Wiederverwertung von Glucose durch Messen der Differenz in ihrem Metabolismus.
- In Kombination mit D2O zum Steigern der Lipidproduktion durch Reduzieren des D-H-Austausches.
